We are selling a building plot for the construction of an integral hotel with 7 luxury villas near Buje in Istria, 12 km from Umag and 11 km from Portorož (SLO), and also only 5 km from the airport in Portorož (SLO). The whole project is designed as an autonomous unit with everything needed for maximum user comfort. The scope of the hotel is fenced and functions as an independent unit within the settlement. Each villa has its own fenced garden on a plot of more than 1000 m2 and are designed and oriented in such a way that each useful individual villa enjoys complete privacy. Such a concept is demanding considering the elevations of the terrain, the views from the houses and the desired maximum exposure to the sun at the pools.
