Das Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine Küche und WC und eine Terrasse von 15 m2 direkt vor dem Haus.
Der erste Stock besteht aus zwei Räumen und einem Ankleideraum, der der einzige ist, der vollständig eingerichtet ist.
Die zweite Etage besteht aus zwei Räumen und hat einen Ausgang zur Nordseite, wo sich auch Platz befindet, der zu dieser Liegenschaft gehört.
