The project can be realized as one bigger project which would include reconstructing and building facilities defined under both, points 1 and 2 below, or as only one out of the two projects described under points 1 and/or 2 below as those projects basically represent two land plots in the Land Registry books:
1/ Reconstruction of the existing building into accommodation facilities of 43 beds of high category with four stars minimum (24 accommodation units: 4 apartments/suites, 15 double rooms, 5 single rooms, and a restaurant, kitchen and ancillary facilities.)
2/ Building of a 1.200, 00 m2 gross amount (cca 840, 00 m2 net amount) new building that would operate as a hotel (37 beds - 18 double rooms for 37 guests and a wellness area (sauna, pool, gym, massage area) or as suits/apartments building (19 apartments of a 45, 00 m2 surface) in which case the wellness area would be put on the top of the building (pool, sauna, gym, massage area). 6
Model implementation Purchase of finished project with all valid licenses, permits and documents and completion of the project. (There are offers of all contractors and offers to fully equip the hotel available on request.)
