The hotel will have a swimming pool on the roof and will be as long as 105 meters (just behind the infinity pool on top of the Marina Bay Hotel in Singapore which is 150 meters) It will be the largest swimming pool in Europe and the second largest in the world. In addition to the exclusive swimming pool that "sits" in two separate parts, i.e. it floats in one part and cantilevers out to get an even stronger infinity feeling, there is a high-end wellness and gym, and an exclusive restaurant with a view of the sea, within a radius of 270 degrees. Each owner, be it an apartment, apartment or villa, has the option to decide whether they want to enjoy their residence all the time, or whether they will see it as an investment and use it only part of the year, and give the hotel management their property to manage for the other part of the year. The properties themselves have three interior and furnishing designs - luxury, eclectic and Mediterranean, so that each buyer can choose the direction he likes best.
