Surroundings Barbana, an Istrian style stone villa, was completely renovated in 2014.

In the yard, a Pebble Tec swimming pool of 24m2 and a small auxiliary building with a machine room and a storage room have been built.
The house won the award for the best ECO house in Europe 2018 and the 22nd tourist flower award for the best ECO accommodation in Croatia.
