Maloston Bay-Mali Ston is the place where this detached house is located, which consists of a ground floor and a first floor, which is in Roh Bau design.
It is 100 meters away from the sea and the first beaches.
In front of the house there is a terrace covered with greenery, from which you can enter the ground floor, where there is a hallway, bathroom, two bedrooms and a living room with a kitchen, dining room and living room, and a storage area of 57 m2.
The external stairs lead to the high attic, which is in a low-maintenance version of 62.4 m2 of interior space with openings for one harmonious 2-bedroom + bathroom and a balcony of 13.7 m2, from which there is a beautiful view of the Maloston fortress Koruna and its walls, the sea and the surroundings.

Mali Ston is located on the coast of the Ston Isthmus in a small indented bay of the Maloston Channel, on the slopes of Bartolomeje (lookout point, 224 m). The settlement was founded in the 14th century by the people of Dubrovnik, who built rectangular walls around the settlement on the land side and the sea side. On the southern side, in the 14th century, the construction of a fortress with five towers called Koruna began. The Great Wall stretches from the fortress to the Podzvizd fortress, built for defensive purposes in the 14th century. The wall is 5.5 km long and is reinforced with 40 towers and 7 watchtowers. The impressive length of the wall is the reason why it is known in the world as the 'European Chinese Wall'. In the middle of the village there is a church also from the 14th century (St. Anthony). The wall on the land side was built from 1336 to 1347, and the one on the sea side in 1358, when the port gate with the late Romanesque statue of St. Blaise was built.
The construction of the walls was completed in 1359. The port of Maloston was built in the 15th century on the model of Dubrovnik's old city port, so the breakwater was built in the sea in front of the port (Kaša), just like in Dubrovnik's old city port.
Mali Ston is a widely known shellfish breeding ground and is a world ecological pearl.
It is an ideal place for a vacation with plenty of beautiful bays and beaches for swimming.
Mali Ston is the right destination for fishing enthusiasts, and for those who love quality and fresh fish specialties, the doors of the well-known Mali Ston taverns and restaurants are always open.
