Dozvoljena visina vijenca je 12 metara, katnost P+2k+Pk, s time da je prema UPU dopuštena etaža u suterenu na kosom terenu, a ove parcele su na kosom terenu.
Općina Cavtat je rekonstrukcijom ceste posjekla zelenilo u zoni Z3 uz cestu radi parking mjesta. Parking mjesta u zelenoj zoni pripadaju budućem objektu ili objektima.
