BESCHREIBUNG
Auf einem Grundstück mit einer Gesamtfläche von 575 m2 steht ein unfertiges Haus mit einem Grundriss von 133 m2. Baubeginn war in den 80er Jahren, auf Höhe des Erdgeschosses wurde ein Doppelgebäude errichtet.
Das Gebäude verfügt über Strom und Wasser, Fenster und Türen wurden eingebaut und ist in gutem Zustand.
Es wurden zwei konzeptionelle Projekte erstellt, bei denen eine Änderung des Hauptprojekts möglich ist.
Nach einem Konzeptentwurf ist der Bau eines Doppelgebäudes bestehend aus Keller, Erdgeschoss und Obergeschoss zulässig. Zwillingsgebäude können zwei getrennt nutzbare Einheiten sein, es ist jedoch auch die Möglichkeit vorgesehen, die Trennwand zu öffnen, die diese beiden Einheiten verbindet.
Gemäß dem zweiten Konzeptprojekt ist der Bau einer unabhängigen Einheit vorgesehen.
