The well-drained sloping site is elevated with views over Milna Bay, Vlaška Bay and Marina. The site is a terraced olive grove with no built structures. The site contains no rights of way and it currently has direct road access from the South, East and West, and a proposed new road system under the UPU envisages additional vehicular access from the north right into the site's center.
