Pula, Šijana, is a new project for the construction of multi-apartment buildings on the location of the Šijana district at the very entrance to the city of Pula from the north-eastern side and is located near all relevant amenities for a quality life.

The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen, terrace and balcony, 2 bathrooms. The apartment has 2 parking spaces and a storage room on the ground floor. The orientation of the apartment is south-west. The planned completion of construction is December 2023. Floor heating will be installed in the bathroom.

The project envisages the construction of nine multi-apartment buildings with a total of 35 apartments, four apartments in each building, except building 8, which will have three apartments each. All apartments have at least one parking space within the building, while two parking spaces are provided for three-room apartments on the second floor of the building.

With the purchase of each apartment, buyers will be able to choose a storage room on the ground floor of the building from 1 m2 to 3 m2 for storing things, etc. Apartments on the ground floor of the building will be able to use the spacious gardens in the building environment for personal use and leisure. Green areas and planting of traditional Istrian plant varieties (rosemary, olive, laurel, etc.) are planned around the buildings.

The interior decoration of the apartments will meet higher construction quality criteria as well as a high energy certificate: thermal facade, multi-level heating and cooling system with inverter air conditioners in the living area of ​​the apartment and in all rooms, high-quality Italian ceramics and first-class laminates, entrance security doors, residential carpentry made of high-quality PVC profiles, glazed with double IZO glass filled with argon, electric underfloor heating in bathrooms, etc.

The completion of the project is expected at the end of 2023.
