The total area of the land is 1,200 m2, and according to the spatial development plan of the Municipality of Postira, the land is located within the construction area of the settlement of mixed, predominantly residential use, and the construction of a residential and commercial building is planned.
A conceptual project was created and a location permit was obtained.
The planned residential and commercial building contains 1 commercial and 6 residential units.
The number of floors of the building is ground floor + 2 floors.
