The house is located in the very historical center of Kaštel Lukšić, near the medieval Vitturi castle, the main town square, as well as all the necessary and other interesting cultural - entertainment - service facilities and a landscaped beach.
Kaštela is well connected to the whole world by transport. At 6 - 15 km from Kaštel Lukšić there are: Split international airport, railway station, highway, international ferry port... Local bus line every 20 min. connects Kaštela with Split and Trogir.
At the beginning of 2023, a thorough, extremely high-quality, complete renovation of the house was completed using autothonous, natural materials that were integrated into the environment with original designer solutions, and all with maximum respect for conservation requirements.
The living space of 80m2 is organized on three floors containing the following rooms:
On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a dining room and a living room, on the first floor there is one bedroom that opens onto a small balcony and a bathroom with a toilet, and on the second floor there is another bedroom.
