Trenutno se na zemljištu nalazi mobilna kućica od 3 x 8 m2 kompletno opremljena i u funkciji, te spojena ne septičku jamu, koja se može ekstra kupiti uz zemljište za 15000 eura.. Kupac može tijekom ljeta komotno boraviti u kućici, uz eventualno postavljanje solarnih panela. Priključci za struju i vodu će se moći dobiti nakon ishodovanja građevinske dozvole. Pola iznosa priključka za struju je plaćeno.
Udaljeno oko 100 metara je još jedno manje građevinsko zemljište od 330 m2 kraj asfaltirane prometnice, koje se može kupiti uz ovo zemljište. Trenutno se uređuju ogradni zidovi i septička jama, koje može poslužiti kao poslužno zemljište za kamp kućicu i slično.
Kako će radovi napredovati i cijene će se korigirati.

Unfinished new villa with a swimming pool in Butkovići, Svetvinčenat

Building land for sale in Butkovići, Svetvinčenat of 490 m2. The land is oblong and stretches along the road. It is located inside the town, next to the paved road.
All approvals for the construction of a villa with a swimming pool have been obtained. The building permit application has been submitted.
The geodetic studies were also solved.
A large septic tank was built on the field, and fence walls around the plot.
The villa will have a ground floor and a first floor, as well as a sunbathing area and a swimming pool of 4 x 7 m2. By the pool, a terrace and a house with a fireplace for outdoor living. The villa will have three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large living room with kitchen and dining room. The stairs will be inside the house.
There are several options for buying this land:
-Land with a building permit, built utility house with a fireplace with complete carpentry and toilet, fence walls, septic tank. Half of the electricity connection paid. The price is 110,000 euros.
-Land with a built house in the roh-bau phase, that is, the house put under the roof, plastered outside and external carpentry, and an excavated pool, a septic tank in operation, an external house with a fireplace completed and fence walls. The price is 250,000 euros.

Baugrundstück zum Verkauf in Butkovići, Svetvinčenat von 490 m2. Das Land ist länglich und erstreckt sich entlang der Straße. Es liegt innerhalb der Stadt, neben der asphaltierten Straße.
Alle Genehmigungen für den Bau einer Villa mit Swimmingpool liegen vor. Der Baugenehmigungsantrag wurde eingereicht.
Auf dem Feld wurde eine große Klärgrube errichtet und um das Grundstück herum wurden Zäune errichtet.
Die Villa wird über ein Erdgeschoss und einen ersten Stock sowie einen Swimmingpool von 4 x 7 m2 verfügen. Am Pool gibt es eine Terrasse und ein Haus mit Kamin zum Leben im Freien. Die Villa wird über drei Schlafzimmer, drei Badezimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Küche und Esszimmer verfügen.
Für den Kauf dieses Grundstücks gibt es mehrere Möglichkeiten:
1. Grundstück mit Baugenehmigung, gebautes Nebenhaus mit Kamin mit kompletter Schreinerei und Toilette, Zaunmauern, Klärgrube. Die Hälfte des Stromanschlusses wird bezahlt. Der Preis beträgt 110.000 Euro.

Derzeit befindet sich auf dem Grundstück ein 3 x 8 m2 großes Mobilheim, komplett ausgestattet und in Betrieb, mit Anschluss an eine Klärgrube, das für 15.000 Euro zusätzlich zum Grundstück erworben werden kann. Der Käufer kann bequem im Haus übernachten im Sommer mit der möglichen Installation von Sonnenkollektoren. Strom- und Wasseranschlüsse stehen nach Erhalt der Baugenehmigung zur Verfügung. Der halbe Betrag für den Stromanschluss wurde bezahlt.
Etwa 100 Meter entfernt befindet sich neben der asphaltierten Straße ein weiteres kleineres Baugrundstück von 330 m2, das zusammen mit diesem Grundstück erworben werden kann. Derzeit werden die Zaunmauern und die Klärgrube eingerichtet, die als Stellplatz für einen Wohnwagen und dergleichen genutzt werden können.

Terreno edificabile in vendita a Butkovići, Svetvinčenat di 490 m2. Il terreno è oblungo e si estende lungo la strada. Si trova all'interno del paese, vicino alla strada asfaltata.
Sono state ottenute tutte le autorizzazioni per la costruzione di una villa con piscina. Presentata la domanda di concessione edilizia.
Sono stati risolti anche gli studi geodetici.
Sul campo è stata costruita una grande fossa settica e muri di recinzione attorno al terreno.
La villa sarà composta da un piano terra e un primo piano, oltre a una zona solarium e una piscina di 4 x 7 m2. A bordo piscina, una terrazza e una casetta con camino per vivere all'aperto. La villa avrà tre camere da letto, tre bagni, un ampio soggiorno con cucina e sala da pranzo. Le scale saranno all'interno della casa.
Esistono diverse opzioni per acquistare questo terreno:
-Terreno con permesso di costruzione, casa di servizio costruita con camino con carpenteria completa e servizi igienici, muri di recinzione, fossa settica. Metà del collegamento elettrico pagato. Il prezzo è di 110.000 euro.
-Terreno con casa costruita in fase roh-bau, cioè casa messa sotto tetto, intonacata esternamente e carpenteria esterna, piscina scavata, fossa settica in funzione, casa esterna con camino ultimato e muri di recinzione . Il prezzo è di 250.000 euro.
- Esiste anche la possibilità di acquistare una casa finita, partecipando da parte dell'acquirente a più fasi di pagamento fino al completamento della costruzione, chiavi in mano. Il prezzo è di 350.000 euro.
Attualmente sul terreno si trova una casa mobile di 3 x 8 m2, completamente attrezzata e funzionante, collegata ad una fossa non settica, che può essere acquistata extra con il terreno per 15.000 euro. L'acquirente potrà soggiornare comodamente nella casa durante il periodo estivo, con l'eventuale installazione di pannelli solari. Gli allacciamenti all'elettricità e all'acqua saranno disponibili previo ottenimento del permesso di costruire. È stata pagata la metà dell'importo dell'allacciamento elettrico.
A circa 100 metri di distanza si trova un altro terreno edificabile più piccolo di 330 m2 vicino alla strada asfaltata, che può essere acquistato insieme a questo terreno. Attualmente sono in fase di sistemazione i muri di recinzione e la fossa settica, che possono essere utilizzati come terreno di servizio per una roulotte e simili.
Con l'avanzamento dei lavori i prezzi verranno adeguati.
Butković gravita da un lato verso Dignano e Pola, dall'altro verso Svetvinčent. Le prime spiagge di Fasana distano 14 km. A Butkovići vengono affittate con successo diverse ville simili con piscina.
