OPIS
Zemljište je ukupne površine 5350 m2, pravokutnog je oblika, a ima pristupni put direktno sa glavne ceste.
Na zemljištu su posađena brojna stabla maslina i mediteranske biljke kao što su lavanda, kamilica, ružmarin i sl., te se na zemljištu nalazi i nedovršena obiteljska stambena građevina koja je legalizirana.
Napravljena je etaža prizemlja površine 68 m2 sa ravnim krovom. Stavljeni su i zatvori, a objekt je u roh bau stanju.
Prema projektu objekt se sastoji od prizemlja i potkrovlja (šufita). U prizemlju je predviđen dnevni prostor s kuhinjom, blagovaonicom, wc-om i jednom spavaćom sobom s pripadajućim sanitarnim čvorom. Prizemlje će imati izlaz na terasu i ljetnu kuhinju, a potkrovlje služi kao prostor za odlaganje stvari (sprema).

Das Erdgeschoss wird Zugang zur Terrasse und zur Sommerküche haben, und der Dachboden wird als Lagerraum (Lager) dienen.
