The estate is located in an ecological oasis between two rivers (Korana and Mreznica) where there is no conventional agricultural activity. The area is rich in mushrooms and game, and in the village where the estate is located, only one elderly person lives). It is one hour's drive from Zagreb (80 km) and approximately the same distance from the sea (Kvarner).
It consists of two autothonous oak houses of approx. 300 m2 with a spacious atrium and gazebo and a fenced yard of approx. 2500 m2. The houses were completely restored in 2013.
