For long-term lease, an office with an area of 72.10 m2 (office number 1 in the floor plan) with the possibility of using 27.50 m2 of common spaces (kitchen with living room, ventilated closed smoking area, separate male and female sanitary facilities, terrace and relaxation area) ).
