Die Büroräume befinden sich in einem neueren, repräsentativen Bürogebäude neben einer der Hauptverkehrsstraßen der Stadt. Das Gebäude ist gut an die Ein- bzw. Ausgänge der Stadt, aber auch an das Zentrum angebunden.

Es handelt sich um einen Eckraum mit Nordwestausrichtung, der daher am meisten Licht hat. Derzeit ist es mit Glaswänden in drei Räume unterteilt. Auf Wunsch des zukünftigen Nutzers können die Glaswände im Raum verbleiben oder entfernt werden, um einen großen offenen Raum zu schaffen.

Optiken von HT, A1, Optime Telekom und B.net wurden auf den Server gebracht, und es liegt am Nutzer, den Anbieter zu wählen, mit dem er den Vertrag abschließt.
Der Raum ist komplett möbliert und erfordert keine zusätzlichen Investitionen.
