Apartment for sale for renovation in the attic of two floors stone building. The apartment is located in a building with a ground floor, two floors and an attic.
The space is empty and ready for renovation in its current dimensions. It has electricity and water connections, but new installations need to be installed and meters disconnected. The beams are very sloping and thus take up a large part of the space. The attic consists of two rooms and an elongated bathroom. Every room except the bathroom has a window.
