This beautiful structure is located on the island of Lastovo in the town of Pasadur. It is located right next to the coast, with an open view of the sea, and has a concession on the land next to the beach, which provides absolute peace and privacy to the people who stay there.
The Lastovo Islands is a Nature Park, the green pearl of the Adriatic. It is a special experience if visitors approach it from the north towards the port of Pasadur, across the open sea of the southern Adriatic, towards the fairy-tale Hidden Port or if they simply dive into one of the romantic coves that adorn all sides of this magical island.
The villa has been successfully used for tourism for many years, it contains 8 apartments and a restaurant - a tavern, which are organized on 4 floors.
The 60m2 tavern is located in the basement. On the ground floor is a one-room apartment of 40 m2.
On the first floor, there is a two-room apartment consisting of a hallway, a living room, a kitchen with a dining room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms with a toilet, and a loggia with access to a spacious terrace of 100 m2 with a view of the sea.
There are three one-room apartments on the second and third floors. Each floor has a total area of approx. 75 m2.
